A very complex and continuously expanding law specialization, International Trade Law encompasses rules as well as customs that are utilized to handle trade conducted between different countries.
International Trade Law has now become an independent field of study primarily because most of the governments have become a member/ part of the World Trade Organisation (WTO). Recently, International Trade Law has become a very popular and important law specialization and this has happened because transaction between private sectors of different countries is an important part of the WTO activities.
International Trade Law can be divided into four levels depending on international trade relationships, which are, unilateral measures, bilateral relationships, plurilateral agreements, and multilateral arrangements.
