M Tech is abbreviation of Masters in Technology which is a post graduate course in the technical field. It has many specializations and Neural Networks is one of them. Neural Network is a term we use for neural network our brain has for its functioning. The neuron makes a circuit kind of thing in our brain to propagate the signals. These are natural/biological neural networks but now days; this term also refers to the artificial network of neurons. This artificial network has artificial neurons and nervous nodes in it. These networks are used for study purpose where students try to understand the modeling of neurons, their applications, adaptive control, etc.
