BE / B Tech Mechanical & Automation

Under Graduation : Engineering
Eligibility: 10+2 PCM

Mechanical and Automation Engineering course covers the concepts and processes that are involved in the creation and production of machinery. In this section of engineering, students learn about the theories, mechanics, and materials needed for the manufacturing of a machine. The course, Mechanical and Automation Engineering enhances the understanding of control systems, information technology, and machinery structures. The students receive knowledge about several concepts such as electronics, thermal science, programming, and electrical machinery, among several others.

Aside from conceptual knowledge, a good amount of practical knowledge is also disseminated, with applied physics, chemistry, mechanics labs, and practical by pursuing Mechanical and Automation Engineering course.

Keeping in mind the current day and age, where machinery facilitates more than half of our lives, mechanical and automation engineering has become an up and coming career choice. There is a need now, more so than ever before, for state-of-the-art machinery and technology, thus bringing the Mechanical and Automation Engineering course to the forefront. Several universities provide holistic coverage of mechanical and automation engineering (MAE) courses, making the inputs valuable for the individual as well as for the production sector.
